Feel pretty good considering I am only on TRT and 3IU GH. I expect the weight to come off pretty dramatically over the next couple weeks as I lower carbs and protein back down again and go into a deficit. Protein target will be aprox 200 grams per day and carbs will target about 250 grams on lifting days and 125 on non lifting days. Will also start doing cardio again on off days. Looking to be under 260 lbs by middle of the month if not sooner. Strength is still there. Got out 3 sets of 15 on HS chest press with 20 more lbs this week over last week with the same volume. Ok everyone have a good finish to the week ahead. Get strong and huge!!!
