Todays bodyweight is 252.3. I am taking the low of the day each day so its consistent with how i've been measuring for the last 7 months. Muscles are really starting to fill out. Had about 400 grams protein yesterday. Today I have had about 200 grams so will be closer to 325-350 grams by days end. Carbs are really low so far but might increase and bump it at the end of the day with tacos. I seem to get much better sleep when all my carbs are eaten close to bed. Will most likely be about 150 grams carbs total for the day. Tomorrow is deadlifting. Should be around 500 lbs for a 5x5 followed by rows and pulldowns. Will be eating a lot of carbs for the next 4 days in a row. Want to take advantage of the IGF-1 LR3 shuttling nutrients into the muscle. Probably around 500 per day since we will be lifting 3 of the next 4 days. Might even be 4 in a row all depends on how things look and feel.
