Woke up, getting my body used to 3rd shift again. Today is a REST DAY. Which means…. Less food. But woke up and took my daily supplements which include

-Half a serving of heart+, liver+, kidney+ (have a different on cycle support supplement coming in the mail tomorrow morning)

I absolutely love this peptide stack. Keeps constant clean energy throughout day and skin nice and smooth. I see myself switching out the ghk-cu in the future for the KLOW blend when off season is in full effect and weights are pushed.

Out of work now time to finish my steps for the day and go grocery shopping. Grocery store doesn’t open until 8:00am so gonna sit in the parking lot, catch up on some podcasts and eat my meal while waiting

Prepped and measured my food in bags for the weekend so it’s easy to just grab it and cook it
