Put the bands on first, do some warmups, then go to boards, work up 20 to 50 lbs per set depending upon your strength level, and throw on the shirt when you feel the need.

The last time I wore a poly, I weighed 215 lbs, and it was the same shirt that Ricky Crain had fitted me for when I weighed 165, and it was tight at 165. How is that for tight? It took more then 600 lbs of men to put that shirt on me. A ton of baby powder, and 15 minutes. But I got over 50 lbs out of that shirt, and that was a 38 dollar shirt.
