Replacements for egg whites at breakfast?

Hey does anyone have any ideas of something that could replace 5 egg whites as part of a breakfast? I do cardio for 30 mins in the morning and then a little later eat 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 tbsp ANPB, and 5 egg whites as part of my CUTTING diet.. Im looking to get the protein from something other source other than egg whites in the morning, im sick of eating them.

Thanks a lot!

have a shake in the morning....i have a hard time eating my first meal so i just make a shake 2 scoops og whey and 3 tablespoons of oats. other than that i had tuna today at 9am as my second meal...people at work were not happy about that haha

egg beaters can make scrambled eggs or u can combine the oats and egg (and a tad of cinnamon) and fry up some pancakes...

just dont add a bunch of garbage to the pancakes, still will fry up and taste pretty damn good

I get people on my back all the time because of my tuna, I always tell them "be happy it aint sardines!"

Why not make a really good shake. throw a bunch of fruit and a little splenda and that should be good for some energy. A shake and a big glass of 2% milk works for me though. :D

chicken... mmmmm :) Nothing like chicken prepared in the a.m. ready to be microwaved real quick.
K to the Sarge for saying what I was gonna say!!!

About 2 oz. of white meat chicken is almost identical to 5 egg whites. Have your oatmeal savory instead of sweet. I would add 2 T. of ground flaxseed, 2 oz. white meat chicken, pinch of salt, sometimes a tablespoon or two of 1% cottage cheese, quite a yummy little breakfast :p You generally need to add extra water to the oatmeal to loosen it up.

(course, I have since discovered I can't EAT oatmeal anymore due to allergic reactions it was causing *sigh*)

I like to toss this all together in a blender: oats, egg whites, cinnamon, 1 packet splenda....You can even toss in some protein powder....Blend it up & cook like pancakes....

The amount of oats & eggs you'd need depend on how many pancakes you want to make.....They are really good with some SF syrup or jam....

Yea, I think it was you Jenscats who gave me the idea about the jelly. This morning I did my cardio on an empty stomach (ran to the grocery store :p) and got some sugar free strawberry jam, came home and threw:

1cup egg beaters
.625 cup oats
.25 cup ff cottage cheese

with some splenda cinammon and a tad of baking powder and they were DIVINE. the strawberry topping made it deliciousss (only 10 cals too)
