recovering from the flu?

Hey guys, I have been sick for the past week and a half, and I haven't gone to the gym since. I tried working out a few days ago and got light-headed. I feel a lot better now and I'll probably go to the gym tomorrow, so, how do I get back into it? How long until I'm back to normal?
 
Do a few more warm-ups than usual... start light.

You should be ok, fairly soon.

I doubt you lost any strength.

I feel your pain

I got sick about a month ago with strep throat. It lasted about a week but I lifted once that week anyway. Then I was better for about a week and I lifted 4 times. Then I got sick again. I think I actually got sick with 2 different things this last time. I would take it easy for a little bit.

Anyway, I didn't lift for over a week but I did a little squating today in my new power cage. I've been wanting to get inside my cage and do curls to humor myself but I'll wait until tomorrow maybe. LOL!
