I've been training less than a year, started at 115 lbs now at 145 lbs.
My question is, since I'm not naturally a big eater, I figured I'd have protein powder with milk as opposed to with water. This way I'll get more "food" in, including 10g's from the milk itself. Is it really more important that I digest it faster with water?
Also, whats the difference between "normal" whey protein and "microfiltered" whey protein?
Thanks
