I disagree with fructose pw, but that's just me.....I also hate the feeling of dex and malt.....since I train later in the evening, I have all my carb meals pretraining, then my final carb meal is with 20minutes of training....usually 50g whey, with 60-70 fast acting carbs and I always mix match........usually its a few cups of cold cereal, like oats, or whole wheat chex, etc....using the shake as my milk.........I used cold creamry rice, not bad.......I am now about to go with 1 cup basamati white rice and whipped sweet tators....since it's gettn cold oot......final two meals are protein, fats and fiberous veggies.
