Have your husband go see an endocrinologist. Spunds like his hormones are fucked if he has no interest and function isn't there either.

A good endocrinologist can be a lifesaver. My wife and I are both on hormone therapy. When we got her hormones optimized, it made everything perfect. We've been together 20 years and have sex almost every day. Sometimes on weekends its twice a day. And we are 46 and 48 years old.
