Welp today marked I think the 10th week of my clean bulking diet and intense weight training since I recovered from a minor shoulder injury and having minimal back irritations so I took a month and a half off. Cleaned up diet and changed a few things.

Started at 180lbs at about 12-13% bf.

Tipped the scale at 190lbs after meal and 2-3 hrs later after several urinations and then I ate again. My strength and recovery has jumped leaps and bounds. Have also taken squats and deadlifts much more serious. Stopped drinking and actually make it a point to get 7-8hrs a sleep per night and eat about 6-8 times per day.

Also noticed flatter stomach somewhat and much more vascularity :)

Couldnt keep it in just so fuckin happy!! I shall have that 200lb mark sometime!

Current Supps: Animal Pak multi vitamin, creatine, glutamine, whey protein and food :)

Anyone else doing the same thing? Im interested in seeing some of you other more serious guys results.

what is your diet like... i plan to bulk around late October. I don't eat that much so I plan to include a weight gain shake to my regimen. I'm 180lbs...about 13% bf.

My bulking at moment is not working too well.

I'm seem to be getting stronger, but not gaining weight (at least for last 6 weeks).

I'm only 70kg, and have been eating about 3000-4000 calories per day. What seems to happen is if I eat 3000 calories, I lose weight or stay stationary. If I go up to 4000-5000 calories, I just start shitting 10 times a day and don't gain weight either.

I'm not sure what I could do except stop doing sprint interval HIT so often, but it is just so useful for my competition tennis.

Usually what happens to me when I start a bulking diet is I gain considerable strength and i just make sure i eat enough cals to train hard and of course with increased strength you push more weight which in turns grows more muscles and since i dont get fatigued NEARLY as easy I can work out with much much more intensity which helps. The slower you gain the weight the better IMO. I dont always go by what I see on the scale either I look to the mirror for that but when I do weigh myself and im 5lbs heavier or so I know I gained some quality muscle :)

Plus its genetics too I mean I see guys at the gym moving more weight than me but I will end up gettign way bigger than them and more cut. Its weird but I dunno just work on creating hypertrophy by stimulating all the muscle fibers u can and try to time the foods. Most ppl forget about timing and just throw the food down. After your workout take a protien/carb liquid mix or a carb drink like Animal Nitro G with some protien like some tuna or soemthing right after and it spikes insulin levels which to my knowledge can increase the amount of growth hormone released.

When you do that right after your workout your muscls are like sponges and they soak it up and becuz of the insulin spike from the carb/protien intake the amino acids i believe get shuttled to their destinations also faster.

I use a rep range primarily ofr 6-10 and I make sure my form is immaculate and I squeeze the muscles and make them contract hard which forces more blood into them.

Most ppl just think they need to move more weight but thats not necessarily true although i do throw in 1-2 weeks of super heavy training but thats more served as a body shocker to trigger more growth.

Try to get a real good pump and get the carb/protien mixture in afterwards and get those nutrients in there quick and spike ur insulin and like i said that can help increase the amount of GH released i THINK.

And eat a lot of meals a day and make sure u are hydrated.
