protein intake, how much?

Man, if I eat over 2000cals per day, even on a heavy lifting day, I get fat.... I got a super slow metabolism.... I usually keep my calories about 1500 per day, mostly from Protein/Fats....

15 pounds is good =)

Like I said, everyone's body responds differently. My first cycle I was eating around 3-4k a day, 200g, gained 20lbs! I noticed off cycle I couldn't make any gains without eating HUGE. So I said hmm... I wonder what eating huge will do for me on cycle. So this time around... umm yea... up 20 lbs halfway through. Hell I gained 13 lbs the first week, but I think half of that was water that eventually subsided. Anadrol-works wonders!
 
We all have different bodies; some can consume more protein then others. I weight 220lbs with 15% BF, I try to consume about 1.5 per pound. I think you have to find the right carb/protein/fat balance that suites your body.

Is not as easy as saying 250grams is enough, most people have spend years through trial and error to develop a diet that suits their body. With careful planning, you should come up with one that suites you but too much protein can become a stressful stimulus for the kidneys.

If I eat too many egg whites my misses sleeps in the spare room, thats not always a bad thing.....ha ha :)
