So I can't help but notice that some people enhance their bodybuilding with more than diet and exercise.
I have done some reading and researching, and am just curious whether you think sustainable good results can come from just eating clean and working out regularly.
At my stage, I am not thinking about anything but good health and looking great.
I realize there is no magic pill, but i am curious if there are some tried-and-true/can't live without additions that I should be thinking about.
I take protein powder once a day post w/o, and vitamin D.
I am in generally good health with no medical conditions.
I keep hearing about ECA stacking, but I don't want to do anything illegal, and with my history of stimulant addiction, I'm nervous about that too.

Yes you can get amazing results from just diet and exercise. I spent a good 7 years training very clean no fat burns or anything before I started testing the waters and the first thing I tried was actually an ECA stack. It did help for sure but not all the results everyone assumes. Even now when I am training I try not to add fat burns tell my body fat is below 16% because then I can actually see the results are more significant.

If you have an additive personality and a history of abuse with stimulants I would suggest not touching them at all period. I would suggest adding green tea to your diet that help tons more than people would think. I have seen a significant difference in my off season when I drink a 1-2 litres of green tea in a day. Green tea also helped me big time kick my crystal light addiction I know replace it with chilled mint green tea
 
A perfect meal plan consisting of whole foods will do more than any drug out there.
