Well, I have this problem with power cleans. I tried maxing and messed up my wrist. I'm fairly new to them, but I spend a week straight just working on my form and its perfect. One part I cannot master is keeping the bar from slipping off my shoulders. I don't know what happened, but when I went too heavy guess I leaned forward and the bar slipped off injuring my wrist. How can I keep my back straight so that wont happen? Belt? and/or any other tricks? (I really like this exercise, it quickly became my favorite.. just don't like the wrist injuries.)
