Problem With Diet...

so i've been cutting natually for 2 months now.
i experienced a nice reduction in bodyfat the firt 4 weeks..

the next 2 weeks fat loss decreased a bit even though my training/diet were right on.

these last 2 weeks, i havent seen ANY difference at all.

is there a limit to the amount of fat teh body can burn before it hits 'the wall'??
 
you need a little tweak in there
i got stops too when i was dropping weight, for me upping my fats got the ball rolling again

what are your p/c/f ratios now?
 
tryina to consume:

250g protein
150g carbs or less
50f fat

so thats a total of about 2000 cals a day.

training 5 days a week.
cardio about 4 days a week for 20 minutes.

i was thinking about carbing up and then slightly overfeeding for 2 weeks..
then start another cutting routine.

do you think those 2 weeks of overfeeding may help??
 
up the fats to 80g
(good fats, pick up some flax oil or something)

and bump the cardio up to 40 min 3x wk at 75% mhr
also get some fructose each day to to keep your liver glycogen stores up

id be real surprised if you did that stuff and didnt start dripping off bf
 
I would suggest to do things in increments..meaning make just one adjustment and see how far that takes you..Personally i think an overfeeding for 2 weeks may put you back to where u started..I do think your fats are too low and you could bump the cardio up..pick one option and see what happens in 2 weeks..try bumping the cardio up to 30 mins.. going right to 40 mins is too much of a jump from what you are doing now..the idea is to keep some tricks in the bag for when youre much further along in ur cutting!!
 
i guess you guys never tried dnp...

hit up 600mg a day and tell me if you have energy for more than 10 minutes of cardio..

if you're using dnp and hitting a wall i have no advice for you.

'naturally' means off the sauce.. at least thats how i see it :)

actually, no fruits here bro.
but i'm drinkin plenty of water and taking all the multi vitamins possible.
