primo depot (inj) 4 women

Hello;

Just wondering if any of the girls out here has taken primo depot (inj)?
I have read many articles about taking oral, but not too many on injectable.

I have just taken my first shot (50 mg) and was going to continue on @
50 mg once a week, I have read they suggest up doasge to 100 mg per week after 2 nd week, but was going to stay at 50 mg for 12 weeks @ once per week.

BTW this is my first cycle, other than GH of which I love, but wanted to see
how primo was.

Goal tighten and harden up muscle. CRAP age 39 is hard to maintain, and trust me I train hard, eat healthy, and live a healthy life.

So any info on women who have done primo (inj) Id love to hear your results.

Thanks

Jac

Most women love primo but it comes w/ harder sides than something like var. It is a longer acting esther so honestly I'd say wait until at least 3-4 weeks before you up the dose if you feel it is necessary, but I don't see the point, especially if you aren't competing or have a very specific goal (i.e. making a specific change in your body shape for competition) - no reason to increase above 50 mg /week.

The sides are usually the bigger issue w/ primo -- hair loss, acne specifically. I would suggest including Nizoral or a similar shampoo (Nioxin is another one) in your regimen to help w/ the hair loss. The other thing is that when you come off, it still takes 3-4 weeks for the primo to get out of your system & the hairloss can be brutal waiting for it to stop. It will also interrupt your period as most AAS do.

Sassy thanks a bunch. I will then just stay at the 50 mg and will get the shapmoo. So what other AAS do you suggest?

Thanks Jacqueline

THe only other thing I"d bother suggesting is anavar because it sounds like your goal is just to "rejuvenate" what you have a little more because aging does make it harder & harder to fight estrogen and metabolic slowdown. But that said, it doesn't mean every female hitting the end of her 30s should go run for steroids. True some women will have low test levels and get some hormone therapy (e.g. androgel) but it really means you need to adjust your regimen.

I "eat clean & train hard" isn't necessarly enough anymore. I've had to adjust how I do things - I'm 41 and have been lifting since the early 80s. I can build muscle but I also build fat & tend to hold it in the usual places. Further I've had a very up & down life the last 5-6 yrs between competition, rebound from competition, overworking and being laid off w/ the accompanying I Hate Life eating styles that can go w/ long periods of depression. The result is that I've identified the supps that work for me - these include a neonatal vitamin, MSM (joints), Glucorell and all sorts of antioxidants. I also know that I have to do a lot of cardio to make a significant change in my bodyfat -- i.e. get below 15% and diet is friggen critical. I can lift pretty heavy on some exercises, but have had to back off of weights on things that aggravate my lower back and my constantly recurring tendonitis & rotator cuff issues. I focus now on core strength & stability. I'm plenty big muscle-wise & I'm not sure now if I will ever pursue competition again. So the cutting is the important goal for me now. But its still all giong to come from diet & training & the ongoing lifestyle.

The cycles may get you to a certain place, but since you aren't doing this in the context of competition, you do have to remember that you can't stay on forever and there are impacts to your menstrual cycle, your hair, etc. and you do have to come off and expect a bit of rebound. That's where the diet & training are the constant part. Competitors expect to rebound. Non-competitors often forget there's an "off time" and have a hard time dealing w/ the "off" part - so keep that in mind. Don't spend your time looking for "other AAS to try" or any of that - AAS is only a supplement to a tweaked diet & training program - focus on tweaking your program to match your body's needs as you get older.

Thanks again, well no I dont compete but I am a model. My modeling consists of me looking good, being muscular since its fetish.

Trust me not too many people train as hard as I do and dont compete. LOL

I do 1.5 hours everyday, and up it to 2 x's a day with walking dog or yoga.
If anything I have to keep myself from over training, because its a addiction, its my way of releasing stress, and I cant sit still for more than 5minutes so I have to keep busy. LOL

Then lifting is 6 x's a week. I lift pretty heavy as well. I naturally have a strong body (competed swimming). I am not your average 5-15 lb dumbell girl at gym LOL, bent over rows 55 lb a side, pulldows 120 lbs, legs (cant train too hard or they blow up ) not too heave, squats 40 lb a side, my weak is bicepts 30 ln dumbell is most (cracked elbow ), tricepts 150 lb cable , and so on.

I just dont want to train heavy like that, because I fear damage to my body.
I just healed from a bad car accident over a year ago and can push myself if I want, but as I said fear the damage.

I take a zillion vitimins (alwasy have) I am more homopathic in foods n such because I suffer from Ulcerative Colitis.

So I have always been lucky and trained clean, but I wanted to try something new. I will go back on growth, but I dont beleive growth is for body structure, for me growth was puttting my colitis in remission, sleeping well. Skin well I again never smoked, never drank till I was 31, wear little or no make up so I look younger, and I take good care of my skin. LOL

As far as my periods well I have about worse you can get 2 weeks on, heavy, but I deal with it, hair loss, well again lucky I have lots, but I will get the shampoo. ;o)

Again this is my first cycle, I have been clean up to this point. I certainly dont plan on doing one a year if at all it does anything. I dont consider me being on growth doing a cycle, because its for medical not to change my form.

Sorry to type so much, just wanted you to know headspace I am at.

cheers

Here is a few pictues. First one is me now, second and third are before accident so 2 years. I just want to get back to shapely, but a bit more cut.
I am sorry wish I had better, but I wanted to stay tasteful. ;o)

You look great - but if you are looking to stay feminine, I'd definitely recommend var over primo. Var is just milder and more predictable. Primo - its your own personal experiment to see how your body reacts to it - so I'd just keep an eye on things.

You look great as a model though your hair is probably very important to you and my experience with primo is I lost a whole lot of hair on it. Took a year for it to come back to full thickness. I would never EVER run primo again nore would I suggest it. IMO var would be a better choice just my 2 cents.

Ok just I hope for the best my hair lose happend around the 6 week in that is when I noticed and I didn't drop it tell the 8 week as it seemed like nothing but I keep losing it after dropping it as it take so long to clear. Just my experience however I know some have better luck with it depending how you respond to DHT.
