Postworkout Carbs While CUTTING

Whatsup everyone?

I am going to be trying to lose some fat during the next 2-3 weeks and Ill be taking in the following supplements..
1 Adipokinetix 3x a day
15 mg. ephedra 3x a day
200 mg. caffeine 3x a day
1 Biotest T2 3x a day


I am looking to lose fat a the most MAXIMUM rate and I will probably be keeping my carbs extremely low all day long except for postworkout on training days.. on those days how many grams of carbs should I be taking in? I am around 230 lbs. right now. So I was thinking 100g postworkout but the most I think about it that might be too much so I might cut that in half to 50g with my creatine and glutamine etc. to really be sure to get an insulin spike too while still trying to lose bodyfat.

you can take in liquid carbs up to 40grams right after working out if you are cutting because it will give you the insulin spike and not be stored as fat
 
You can cut your carbs in half to 50grams and take 1000mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid. This will make the spike more effective while using less (sugar) carbs. Give it a try. This helps for me.
