Hello..
i am new...an 18 yr old girl lookin to get cut... i am going to try crumbs diet but i need some help in making the plan for it..
i am s uppsoed to be eating 1900 cals a day but whenever i plan it myself i come up with only about 800 cals and i have a major eating disorder background so i need a lot of help in stickng with this...here is one of my other posts from the diet board

So heres all my stats and stuff and i just need to kinda figure out this whole thing...like make a meal plan basically.... i dont mind eating the same thing for weeks at a time cause i thrive on routine and it will give me less reason to have food on my mind all the time if it has already been planned out for me....
Like i said i dont eat red meat so I am going with chicken, salad, tuna and protien shakes...
I am 170 lbs right now and 5'6....my bodyfat % is unknown but i am estimating around 25-27%... i feel so gross...
i only have 12 more days left here at school so I am gonna try and make them good.....any help with desigingn this meal plan will be greatly appreciated! ...
 
eat 6-8 meals a day. Go with high protein 200g a day to start, carbs around 80g per day. Also you can eat fat and carbs in the same meal as long as they are small amounts of each. Try not to use shakes-just eat fish,chicken,turkey and get carbs from brown rice or oatmeal
 
What Dclay said..at least 6 meals a day. Try to keep protein shakes for emergencies and not real often..real food is better quality protein and you will get better results the more meals you consume. Tuna, chicken, turkey breasts, egg whites, cottage cheese etc...make sure you are getting some fats in your diet like flax oil, olive oil, nat pb, etc. What type of carb intake are you doing? Are you rotating carbs? What does your training schedule look like? Cardio? Make sure you are getting plenty of H2O in your diet, this will help! Also get your veggies in..complex carbs like oatmeal, yams, rice etc..keep it simple and basic..and be consistent and you will do fine:)
 
ok i got the whole food issue down and what to eat and all but i am having more trouble with quantities and such...
could someone help me kinda write out what i am to eat in a day and such.... i want to do crumbs diet which is posted in the diet forum minus the red meat bc i dont eat it...
i lift 3 times a week and run and do other cardio type machines in the gym plus i swim competetivly so i get in 2 hours practice 6 days a week...but that will only be for the next week bc i am going home from school and then i will only be working out, not swimming...
ok so if someone could help me to write out a sample day with this i would really appreciate it
