No cycles yet, I feel I'm too young, and have too much potential in front of me, plus I've only been going steady 8 some odd months now, started out at a scrawny 150 if you can believe that!
Diet? I basically went from 3 crappy junk food meals a day to 6 small meals, 40+ grams of protein a serving, and a TON of complex carbs, and some good fat. 20 lbs in 9 weeks and counting!
