Is it better to take a high protein/low carb shake after a workout for bulking up? Or is it better to take a shake with more carbs in it? I'm afraid all those carbs will give me a gut or make me fat. I still wanna stay lean. What do you guys usually take post workout? Right now I'm taking the Pro Lab Whey (2 scoops = 45 g protein, 12 g carbs) with Glutamine Peptides.
