As hard as it will be for me as well as you to resist the temptation to post stupid quick and funny let's show the training board what we have got!

I'll go first.

1) Squatting is bad for your knees.
 
I can eat 5 BigMacs as long as I order a Diet Coke.
 
Always give a "thumbs up" when posing for a picture.

If you HAVE to use free weights, use the 10 lb vinyl coated ones. NEVER anything heavier. Always go for at least 50 reps with those.

When in the sauna, make sure you sit as far from your suana mate as possible.

God only knows what he's up to.

Make sure your protien/fat/carb ratio is: 75/37/59.
 
muscletech combined with celltech turned me into a mountain of shredded mass in just 4 weeks and can do they same for you
 
Always use a spotter for for power jelques.
 
Juicing is for losers. I added 20 lbs of lean body mass with Musco-MXT, Weider Muscle Builder and EAS X-Treme Rocky Mountain Oysters.
 
Putting a boron/smilax liquid under your tongue before your workouts will make you an ANIMAL in the gym!!! More strentgh, more stamina, more muscle!!!!

and free weight build bulk muscle and machines build toned muscle-I only knew of one kind of muscle, must be a new development

if your cell phone rings during a set, answer it. could be important. talk loudly and say, "YEAH I'M IN THE GYM" every other sentence
 
dont even think about using roids if your not going to eat the protein and rest properly..waste of time

There's a couple of these people in every gym it seems.
 
You know you're lifting enough weights if you can do 50-100 reps without getting tired. You should never feel a "burn". That means you're getting hurt. And you should just carelessly bounce the weight-- like on the leg extension, just swing them...preferably while reading a magazine.
 
If a chick is wearing a leotard thong spot her, always! Thank me later!
 
pretending to lift the weight is almost as effective as actually lifting it for strength development (this is actually true).
 
If ya wanna tone up...gotta do high reps.

Only do chest and arm exercies. Who wants big bulky legs and balanced muscle ratios.

Always take your belt when you enter the gym (especially when there are hot chicks)
 
A veritable feast of training knowledge... I can see why most of you guys have 23" arms!

Don't do direct arm work - squats and milk are enough to give you big arms.
 
Always do barbell curls (reverse hang cleans?) in the rack. Squatting to parrellel is extremely dangerous, only do 1/4 squats. Your upper body looks bigger if your legs are smaller, only do legs once a month.
