I'm not sure whether I did something serious to myself or not, but my chest hurts. On my right side, in between my shoulder & my breast, the muscle there hurts & when I first wake up is stiff & very sore. When reaching my shoulder now pops & cracks, which it never did before. When I move my arm around a certain way, it "twinges." My traps don't hurt, nor do my delts or my back in any way.
I first noticed this after a bout with shrugs several weeks ago so I haven't done them. However I did them again last Sunday & now I'm still sore.
Has anyone else experienced this and is it just a muscle pull where I should just RICE it? I'm scared to do any weights cuz I don't want to tear anything.
