well u say ur going for the 40-30-30 split....
thats 40% protein, 30% carb, and 30% fat.
your sample diet shows more like 30% protein, 40% carb, and 30% fat.
i'm gonna repeat blood_drinker that u need more protein. at 115 lbs, i have around 180g protein daily...so that is definitely not enough for u, as a 200+ pounder.
