Im trying to bulk up so just wondering what you think of this routime.

Day 1 - Legs
Day 2 - Shoulders/Calves
Day 3 - Bi's & Tri's
Day 4 - Back
Day 5 - REST
Day 6 - Chest/Abs
Day 7 - REPEAT

So thats working out 6 days a week... would that be overtraining?
 
or maybe this one would be better

Day 1: Back, Biceps & Abs
Day 2: Shoulders, Calves & Forearms
Day 3: Legs & Abs
Day 4: Chest & Triceps
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: REPEAT

which one would be best
 
the second one is best - you don't really want to train more than 4 days a week.

little adjustment though: have a day of rest after 2 days, then do 2 days training and then take 2 days off for best recovery.
