Im trying to bulk up so just wondering what you think of this routime.
Day 1 - Legs
Day 2 - Shoulders/Calves
Day 3 - Bi's & Tri's
Day 4 - Back
Day 5 - REST
Day 6 - Chest/Abs
Day 7 - REPEAT
So thats working out 6 days a week... would that be overtraining?
