hey!!! i need evryones opinions and views about this subject!
ok, i think that i indeed have a problem! may sound repetitive to some but, but this problem is a veru seriouse and frustrating situation! i have been training for 10 months!! i have mad many great gains and improvements in the first three months!! then hit a plateau ever since the fourth month have rolled around!! and eversince then i have not grown a millimeter!! when i was growing, or seemed to be growing in the first three months i was training with an onorthadox fashion!! yes...i overtrained!! training every other day at home with machines and light wiehgts!! seems weired but that way it seemed to work!! i made great gains!!! worked out at my school where i currently train and started training with the heavy weights but still worked out evryother day for about 4 months where i noticed then that nothing was happening!!! (no growth) i then joined elitefitness, wher i was informed that what i was doin was totally wrong!!! and that i should follow a workout routine that spaced out each mucle group for recovery to occur!!! wich i began too do about3 months ago! but then again i havenot grown a bit!!!! i know there are alot of factors that determine weather yuor muscle will grow effectively or not, and believe me i am following them! but nothing is happening!! mabey it is my genetics! mabey not. i just dont believe so because i was growing FINE! at the begining!!!

I was just thinking!! shud i go bak to my everyother day training with light wieghts to see what happens??? or does anyone have any suggestions that could help me out?!?? :(!!!! please and thank you!!

Gains will slow down after time, keep that in mind, it takes longer to see results the longer you BB, also ... try to switch up your workout as in what days you do your routine, same goes for what type exercises you do, switch them up too, shock them!

another factor could be your diet, that’s why I presume He-Man asked you that question, are you getting enough protein in your body for your weight and or even more? Carbs? do you eat every 3-4 hours?

There are so many things to consider, we need more detail!! Tell us your routine and diet habits, what are they like??

I remember when I first got into lifting. I made those awesome newbie gains and about 6 months later I was at a plateau.

Do you get enough rest between lifting and or enough sleep at night?

As someone sadi above, diet is key too.

this is the most common time for people to quit because they don'
t see gains. you need to really look into what you eat, how much you eat, sleep schedule, excercise performed and your form. I would suggest a four day split once a week with pyramiding sets and weight
