Try explaining to someone that you've just pulled a car over the weekend for the hell of it.
Slinky - I didn't pull a car today, but I pushed a truck. In my quest for a change of training routine I was invited to train w/ the local men's rugby team on their off season leg days. I will state that I was the only girl, I'm probably the oldest among them and I have 36D's. Their training wasn't so much heavy as it was aerobic. Each basic move was supersetted w/ some sort of "cardio" thing -- e.g. hack squat and then 30 sec of step-ups. And then after all that, we went out in the parking lot & pushed the trainer's Dodge (?) Expedition 100 yds, sprinted back 4 x. They let me do it 3x because I'm a girl. ;c)
It was actually great! I loved it, got to train w/ a bunch of guys and they respected me for it. And better yet, if their new guys can't keep up w/ "the girl" then they look like a bunch of pusses.
Now I really wish I had a jacuzzi to soak my weary bones in! Muscles feel great - my knees, ankles & hips are hating me.
