Painful Lower Back Pumps...

Screwball

New member
Right now I'm on 75mg fina ED. I'm 4 weeks into the 8 week cycle. Anyway, I'm getting painful lower back pumps and delt pumps to a lesser degree. Is this common? I can't get a decent lower body workout because my back pumps up, gets real tight and cramps. I was walking through the mall the other day and my lower back pumped. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there something I could take with the fina that will help? I'm going to cut my doseage back to 75mg EOD or 37.5mg EOD to see if that helps.

LOL.................

I'm not laughing at you, I'm laughing with you. I have the exact same problem. When I try to do cardio, or walk too far, my lower back pumps up, and hurts so damn bad that I have to stop. I have searched high and low for an answer to this problem. I tried an over the counter diuretic(for women with pms), I have tried nolvadex, even arimidex, nothing worked. Too bad because I am having great gains, but its too painful so I will probably have to cut my cycle short only 4 weeks in. Feel free to try any of the above methods, they may work for you, they sure as hell didnt work for me. Good luck bro.

I get the same thing when I'm on!!! This last cycle (which just ended last week), I would take Nolva for a day or two when my back would start hurting like that, and it would stop. My conclusion is that it is/was from water retention, caused by high estrogen levels. I came to this conclusion by watching the scale and noticing what my bodyweight was doing.

Thanks for the quick responses guys.

Quadsweep: I've gained about 8-10 lbs. over the 4 weeks. I started at 292 lbs. and I've weighed in as heavy as 303 lbs. I don't feel bloated and I appear a bit tighter. I'm a competitive powerlifter so I eat pretty much whatever. I try to get enough protein and drink 2+ gallons of water each day.

Big_Nims: I would laugh with you but my lower back may pump up and cramp. Damn, this sucks. I feel good about everything else fina is doing for me. The only other sides I have are increased blood pressure, racing heart sometimes and a little insomnia. I think it's an individual thing as others don't have any problems with painful fina pumps. I really hate to right fina off. It really is a top-notch compound. I appreciate your input.

I have allways had powerfull lower back pumps. My lower back is hugely overdevelloped I think, from a lot of deadlifting. Now I have switched to hyperextentions for lower back, and focus more on upper back, and legs.

The pump will not go away! You will just have to learn to live with it. I somtimes lay down on the floor between sets, just to get the pump to go away for a minutte or so.
