I sometimes eat 4 quest bars in one sitting which equals 80g protein.. 15-20 net carbs/ 60g fiber.... sometimes shortly after little meal sometimes just like that so sometimes with a meal protein can shoot up to 120-130 one sitting... is it bad to eat all this fiber like does it effect me in a bad fat gaining way? and that much protein in one sitting.... does it make you gain fat or is it DAILY/WEEKLY macros that matters?
only thing is I feel really bloated of course that's about it... any ideas?
