I have Trex,
gluceroll and
sesapure-
With the Gluceroll- should it be used before having a protein shake with fruit or just complex carbs?

Is it best to take Sesa right after your meals or in between?

Can I take Trex with meals or is it best to take before for better fat burning??

I have never taken SeasPURE, so I cannot comment on that.

Glucorell-R is best before ANY carb meal. Take 1 for each 30g carbs.

TRex can be taken any time, but you might find that on an empty stomach is makes you nauseated. I always took mine with food - or else my stomach was queasy.
