My year was one the best in years. I achieved so much this year , in general life i lost my main job then gained a better. My partner also found a new job better paid and more hours. My mother always says one door closes then another opens.
As for training a came on leaps and bounds as after stumbling across EF I got all my questions I've wondered bout answered so now I would say with the help of you lot my second family I have leaned 80% more bout training and my body. And because of this my gains in strength and size are outstanding. And I've also found a group of friends that I can talk to bout general life and get advice. You guys have really made my year a special one ! Zed has been my mentor through this year and for all the hard work he put into this I can't thank him enough you really are a rock Zed thank you also Needto its because of you and your team and all your hard work that we have this site so thanks guys !!! Now let's all see this year off with a bang and look forward to a better and more special year with EF
