OK..I'm going to test T-REX!

Hi everyone

I had decided against trying it until I got on the scale at my Mum's place. I don't weigh myself ever. I THOUGHT I was aroung 160, no I am 170. Holy Shit, I felt like hitting something. All time high. So I have ordered T-Rex and it will be here by the end of the week.

I have never tried anything like this. I do drink a coffee a day, sometimes two, but that is the extent of my experience with stimulants.

I will keep a log of my workouts and side effects. I usually track lose by measurments rather than the scale so I will do that as well.

NO I will not post pictures! Hopefully I can post by Friday. Talk soon...Ang
 
Are you at least going to take pics for YOUR use? They really are very helpful to judge progress. Even measurements can change and make it seem like results aren't coming (or you are getting bigger) but the pictures can help you see true visual changes.
 
Yes I will do that. But at this point I'm not going to put my nasty self on the internet. Haven't you tried T-Rex Daisy? If so, what did you think?
 
I can't say I blame you by not wanting pics up. I totally understand that. Although, it can help a lot with motivation and accountability - for some. You have to be comfortable with it though. :)

I LOVE T-Rex. I think it is wonderful. It is a fantastic appetite suppressant - which *I* need VERY badly. I can't keep my pie-hole shut when it comes to food! :) It also is a metaboic booster - which I noticed by an increase in #2 (too much info, I know ;) ).

If I could only choose 2 supplements to help with cutting BF and/or maintaining weight (with a not-so-clean diet) it would be T-Rex and Glucorell-R. Hands down.
 
Yaa! I will let everyone know. With T-Rex and morning cardio, which makes me cringe, I should see something. I keep getting freaked that because of my hormonal situation (PCOS and Dian-35 to treat ovarian cysts) that losing weight is going to be very hard, but then I remember that while I had my cast on (just healed a broken foot) I ate pizza 4 times a week....and other things.

Daisy posted her before and after pics for us - she says it just about killed her, but she looks FABULOUS. :)

I second the motion for taking pics of yourself. Do it every week or two weeks. (I do this and am encouraged by the little changes I see every time I take new ones.)
