October Goal Update...

My October goals were:

2 cheat meals - one on the 15th, and candy on the 31st.

Decrease bodyfat from current 21.4% to at least 18.5% by 10/31/05.

PWO cardio on Mon/Wed/Thurs - 30 minute minimum. Change up of cardio routine every two weeks.

My actual is:

Cheat meals were the 15th and the 29th. I defined a cheat meal as one that would put me over my daily maximum caloric intake for body fat loss (ie: more than 12x body weight). Other than those days, I may have not eaten 'to plan' (my meal may have been carb heavy), but my calorie intake was still below my maximum value.

Cardio was no problem. I'm tweaking my schedule a bit now.

BODY FAT: As of today - 17.9%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

woohoo! I celebrated with a croissant. LOL.
 
Those are great results. I like how you even scheduled your cheat meals . . . think I'll have to use that strategy myself. :verygood:

All of you ladies on this board are such an inspiration!
