my milk has 110 cals in it per 8 oz. i drink at least 12 glasses of milk a day not including protein shakes that right there is thats 1320 cals just from milk
plus at least 3-4 weight gainer shakes a day that at least 1800-2100 cals a day in liquids. thats 3120 just in liquids....
egg whits 17 cals a piece i have about 14-16 a day that 255 cals
chicken breast is 120 cals per 3 oz i eat a lb so thats 640 cals
wheat bread is 90 cals per piece i have 8-10 slices a day that 810 cals
yogurts are 120 cals a piece i usually have about 4-5 thats 540
so far thats an estimated 5365 cals
dinner varies everytime but it is always a balanced meal like pot roast, marinated chicken breast,spinach and brown rice, steak and salad
ill under estimated dinner to 700 cals that takes me to-6065
now throw in the fruit (and i eat a lot of it cause i love fruit)and the peanut butter, that would bring me to around 7,000 cause i use the good tasting higher fat and cals peanut butter, the subway sub or the 2 cheeseburger i had tonight from buger kind those things are a couple hundred a piece so thats another 500 or so. so that takes me to around 7,500. since im bulking ill try to throw in other snack through out the day like some potatoe chips with my sandwhiches or lately iven been adding season potatoes to my eggs for morning and bed time meal that adds another couple hundred. calculating all those in im around 8-9,000 a day. obviously not everyday is the same. when i go out to eat i may have a 1,200-,1500+ meal for dinnner if i go to the outback or eat out at my fav resturants. sometimes i throw in some chocolate syrup to my milk to make it tast a little better.
