Buddy, You dont need 10,000 calories in a day. NO 190 pounder has EVER had 10,000 calories as their daily food intake....Someone is ON CRACK??? Professional Bodybuilders in OFFSEASON, (for example:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/other6.htm) Read that link--Haney in OFFSEASON will shoot his calories way up on weekends to as many as 7-10k eating lots of fat!!!!!!! And you claim to eat 10,000k with 9000 being clean and wondering about the final 1000 of pizza???????
Another quick example: a 100g Chicken Breast has 27g of protein and 6g of fat for a total of 171 calories....If you are going to get 10,000 calories eating clean w/ chicken breast,
THEN YOU NEED TO EAT 58.5 CHICKEN BREASTS EVERY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
