not enough protein

during a test e cycle, what happens if u dont eat enough protein?
ex. like only 200 g of protein? still gains?

by the way, im eating way more, just wondering what would happen. im guessing gains wouldnt be as great, anything else?

Depending on your body weight and daily activity you may stay level, gains would be minimal. Its not going to eat up all your muscle and make you shrink. If anything the test is going to help the muscle stay on your body rather than strip it away.
 
so lets say u weight 200 piunds, and ur eating like 230 g protein a day, u wont frow as at all? im sure ud see some gains, maybe not 25 pounds but im guessing atleast 5-10.

depends on what else youre eating, and how youre training. if youre trying to bulk and are eating shitloads of carbs/fat as well, chances are youll get great results anyway. if youre sub caloric and arent getting enough overall cals, youll lose weight (of course) and wont spare as much muscle as you would, were you eating enough protein.

lol if ur on juice and u dont take in a lot of protein, u DONT get a lot of gains, its simple :-D my goal is for every pound of ur body weight u need 1.5-2.0 grams of protein, or as much as u can fucking take
 
When I up my protein to 500g or more(I weigh 290)-that's when I make the real visible and quality gains-I alternate between meals and shakes all day-50 grams of protein every 2-3 hours for a total of 5 meals and 5 shakes-
