Well, since you asked, the origin of my screen name is actually not very interesting, but here it is. I made up a bs email address to send a friend of mine something funny, and have kept it for boards, etc... so as to avoid spam, and other net nasties.
Since I get somewhere in the neighbourhood of 200 spam e-mail's a week, I feel like I've made the right decision.

However, John Holmes is NOT the name of a penis, but rather a porn star with an enormous penis. Perhaps you were thinking of "John Thomas".
