Hey all, I'm trying the NHE bodybuilding diet. I've used the cutting diet with great success but thought I'd try the NHE bulking diet. Problem is, I dont know how to get enough calories. I tried drinking 1/4 cup of olive oil twice today and both times it was exiting the other end about an hour later. So, my question is, how do I get easily obtainable high fat, low carb, moderate/high calorie foodstuff? Ive heard of some greeks drinking olive oil but damn I dont see how they can. Course, it wasnt as bad the 2nd time so I dont know if the body just needs to get accustomed to it or not. Please help people. I just want to be bigger (cant use juice) and this supposedly is good bulking while keeping the fat gain associated with bulking to a minimum. Any and all helpful comments are welcome.
