Hi Everyone,
I am new to the boards, and am basically looking for something to keep me accountable. I think by creating this thread, it will force me to track my progress and have some accountability.
A little info about me: Once upon a time I used to weigh 175lb and lost 50lb in 1.5 years (went from 40% bf to 24%bf), which was great - but somewhere along the journey I lost my drive and motivation Since then its been an up and down journey.
Currently my stats are:
152lb
32% bf
5'2
female
... I am looking to get back on track.
This is the plan i have outlined for myself for the next 12 weeks, any suggestions, motivation etc would be great!
Workouts:
Daily: empty stomach cardio 30 min
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Chest/back
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Shoulders, arms
Day 5: HITT and abs
Nutrition (general idea)
6 day carb cycle
Days 1-5 - strictly protein, greens and fats
Day 6 - overload with complex carbs
Also looking to cycle Clen 2 days on 2 days off - 25mcg
Anavar - 10mg daily
Let me know what you guys think and If there is anything else I can do... I will post my results weekly as i go....
