Lol jen! Babies are still pretty! That'd be awesome to get together. Especailly when summer hits! I've got access to a condo in panama city beach, it's always a blast there!

We should plan it!! And beach condo!! Let's go girls!! Get your bathing suits and come on!!
 
Sadly, I'm not doing them right now. I tore my tricep in two places early this year and am still rehab'ing it. It created a few issues into my shoulder (who knew the tricep connected in there) so I can't do anything like that. It's been a long journey of recovery but I'm hoping I'm near the end.

Another idea I've read about is just hanging from the bar and lifting as much as you can..almost like hanging shrugs. Supposed to help build up the strength but who knows!! LOL

Sorry about your triceps Cg! That sounds painful!! Is that a hard area to recover from? Ew!! I'll try those ideas! Thanks for throwing out some ideas! I appreciate it! I'm going to get some pull ups done somehow, eventually!!
 
Hanging shrugs are good stuff!
 
All 3, Wide, med and narrow. Use mixed grip so you can stay up there awhile and chalk.
 
So...did 8 minutes of met con today. Felt like about 3". I really wanted to do more cardio but I did not! See zed..I am listening!!! Just afraid I'm gonna start putting on fat. I can tell with trying to lift more that my appetite has gone through the roof.
Maybe it has nothing to do with my lifting. Just know I'm starving all the time!! Tomorrow is pull exercises!
