Thanks guys. I really like that last pic.

I forgot to mention that there's 30lb difference between the first two pics. I was ~260lb in the first pic and I'm ~290lb now.

I will be 310-315 by the end of the year.

a few things
1)bigger legs, especially quad, and bicep femoris
2)bigger traps and lats
3)front delts and tri are coming along.

areas to improve, I know I am a dick
1)more ab work, small compared to leg girth
2) need more shoulders overall
3)need more lower back

great progress man, just keep hitting it hard and eationg right.
 
A great improvement man...well done.

While I'm not as tall as you are, I notice that I was built almost exactly like you when I started lifting, about ten years ago.

The biggest mistake I made was not paying enough attention to my diet early on. Don't make the same mistake bro. If I had one suggestion, I'd tell you to do as least as much research into nutrition as you have put into lifting. It will make a HUGE difference.
 
nice man..thats a lot of weight and strength you have gained in just a short amount of time...your traps look huge...keep up the hard work
