New Diet - Need Help

Ok, I was on a CKD for about 3-4 week nows. I stopped because, first off, the amount of cholestrol I was taking in was scaring me, and the lack of energy at the gym was killer. Plus I wasn't seeing the great results everyone else talks about. I lost maybe a pound a week after it was all said and done, but the carb up is too hard to mantain, without feeling so bloated the next few days.

When I started I was 6'4, 225, and right now I'm 220. So 5 pounds in a month, give or take a pound water weight in there. My goal is 210 to be really ripped.

Anyway, so the new diet I'm feeling is this...

Breakfast
3 eggwhites, cup of oats

Snack
2 scoops ANPB

Lunch
2-3 Chicken breast
Small salad.

Postworkout
Whey protien shake, can of chicken.

Dinner
Really big chicken salad.

Snack
2 scoops ANPB
Sugarfree Jello

Maybe mix up lunch with a lettuce, turkey wrap now and then. Hmm, maybe I like too much chicken?

If you could critique I'd be very appreciative. Thanks.

Your diet lacks protein, essential fats, adequate post-workout nutrition, and you are missing an outline for off days from the gym. In a sound approach there are no "snacks".......your snacks need to be meals that contain protein in them, pb by itself and jello is a far cry from a good/productive meal. I'd begin there.
