New cutting diet

I went and saw a personal trainer and he wrote me up a diet. I would like to loose bodyfat and retain as much muscle as possible. I've done quite a bit of research and i was pretty much on the right track but he made some changes. Im 27 5"9" 200lbs and 17%bodyfat. Any recommendations would be great. Lifterforlife or Mr. X any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Looks Good. I start my diet tommarow at about the same stats as you. But Im 19 :) it might come a little easier.

replace whey protein with egg white protein, add 1 tbsp. UDO's choice oil

MEAL 2 6:30AM
NYTRO PRO 40
add 1 tbsp. ANPB

MEAL 3 9AM
4 OUNCES CHICKEN
2 CUPS VEGIS
2 TBSP WALNUTS OR 1 TBSP EFA LIQUID

MEAL 4 11:30AM
4 OUNCES CHICKEN
2 CUPS VEGIS
add 1 tbsp. Flaxseed oil, add 2 tbsp. of fiber

MEAL 5 2PM
1 SCOOP WHEY

replace whey with a real meal, meat etc... chicken breast or lean steak is good, add some fats to the meal via a salad + olive oil

Thanks Mr. X I really appreciate it. K to you. Would replacing the Nytro pro 40 with a muscle milk shake be an option.
 
Sgt. i posted this earlier this week. Anyone who wants to please feel free to rip it apart. Looking for any criticism. I think my cals might be too high for me.
 
Sorry about that, I didn't check... here we go:

Not sure about the calories, if your not loosing as fast as you'd like you can always cut back.

Protein: way high (would seem to me like almost bulking status being 100 grams more than total body weight)

Carbs: Personally I'd cut out about 50 grams of carbs from the original plan (no idea what Mr. X's plan's ratios came out to).

Fats: Look good

H20: ???? You should be drinking at least 1 gallon / day (Water is the transporter of all nutrients... and it burns calories)

Lifting: ???

Cardio: ???

You're starting just under the weight I started at (but I'm about 6'1")

When did you start (if you did) using Mr. X's reccomendations?

Mr. X, and good bros please correct me if I'm way off or anything.

EDIT: I'm 5 years younger... I may have a higher metabolism and I'm using Thermorexin as well... just thought I'd add that.
 
Right i agree with you man. It feels like a clean bulk. So im going to cut back some on carbs and protein. I dont think those numbers at the bottom are entirely correct. I've added it all up and i keep coming up with like 115g of carbs but im just gonna stick to first thing when i wake up then before and after workout for carbs. I drink a gallon a day or more of water/ some with crystal light. I think im just gonna watch myself, taper down a little and when i start to loose i let my workouts create the deficit. I lift five days a week. Each bodypart once a week followed by 20min Hiit cardio. Burning about 250-300 cals on cardio. I've done alot of research im just always looking for more ideas. Tough time of year to diet around here though, its cold most of the time and all everyone wants to do because its so crappy outside is eat and drink. Oh well, it will all pay off come spring time.
Oh and as far as Mr. X. recommendations, he knows his shit, so i have adjusted a few things. Pre workout i changed to dry tuna with olive oil drizzled on it on the two peices of Ezekiel bread. And when i use egg whites i've upped it to 8whites. Thanks again bro for the advice.
 
I hear you 100% on people not wanting to do anything and stay in and drink their asses off... it's quite cold here as well in the north eastern U.S. .... ~ 100miles just below canada where it is even colder.

Not a problem, stick with it you'll see results for sure! Post results when you see them too! :) Good Luck!
