new bikini for motivation!

I just bought the cutest bikini today...for motivation. I'm going to hang it up in my room and look at it every day. I'll have to take some pictures with it on for "before" and "afters."

Nothing like a little bikini shopping to get a girl motivated!

By the way, I live in Southern California, so I can't hide in my sweaters year-round!

I've done this...not with a bikini though...I'm still a year away from that. LOL Last March I bought a cute top that was way too small but it was on sale and I knew I'd get myself into it, by this past March it was too big. Now it fits just right after the boob job. hehehe

Which, to avoid getting my hand slapped, takes LOTS of TRAINING and hard work. And of course your diet must be in order.

The self-confidence that comes with THE KNOWLEDGE to get and maintain the body to pull it off.

In other words, there are times when "life" happens and we aren't always "bikini perfect". But IT IS STILL ALL GOOD. When you have the tool of knowledge in your arsenal your self-confidence is ALWAYS INTACT... whether you are lean and mean or fat and happy.
