i really want to lose about 20lbs so i can see my abs im 5'11 188lbs and around 20%BF please help me can you help me with my diet and what cardio i should do. i was thinking to do an hour of cardio on the stairmaster then weights please help im only 15 thanx
 
let me help you out, you're fat, you're short, and you're dumb. Use the search feature. Don't take any supplements, you are too young. Just whip your ass into shape with some cardio and cut out all the junk in your diet. That's probably your problem. You're young, you got a metabolism, take advantage of it.
 
20 % bf means your LBM is 150.

If you want to get to 6% you would have to lose almost 30 pounds of fat.

So you will basically be really skinny...but you'll have abs.

What exactly do you need to know?

Advaik is pretty much on the money (don't know if your dumb and I wouldn't call you short - and your not obese or anything) exept that I feel you would probably benifit from a vitamin/mineral supplement. Other than that, stop eating junk and start eating right. At 15 exercise all you can - run, lift, bike, marathon masturbate, etc, etc. Do not sit infron of the tv or that computer all day. Find some activity(s) to do every day all day.
 
Put down the N64 and go running, chase a dog, pick up a sport of some type. Stop eating Ho Ho Twinkies and stop dring soda all soda diet soda one caloire soda. I did that and lost ten pounds with out any other changes to my diet. Drink a gallon to a gallon and half every day.
 
Your ass has to just get up and go run,your 15 so I wouldnt even think about taking any supplements,just ride it out till your like 19 and just hope that genteics are on your side and if there not theres always Good old Test:p
 
Calling him fat isnt going to help.:mad: I was "solid" at 15 so I started to hit the gym and got better gains than all of my skinny friends. You should get a set of weights to use at home, all u need is a bar and dumbells, and a few disks that u can build on when u get stronger. If u can get a bench get one also. Stick to the good old compound movements...military press, behind the neck press, bent over rows, ded lifts, upright rows, bicep curls, tricep extentions, and if u get a bench....bench press, close grip bench press, etc... Train when ever u want something to do, I remember when i was 15 i had my weights in my room and at night when i couldent sleep i would train. Of course remember you grow when u rest so when u feel u need a day off take it. Cut out most of the junk food, but dont cut back on the good foods.
 
Diet has everything do with how fat you are. sure training and supplements are imporant too but DIET is by far the most important. Its simple if you want to lose some fat. Just cut way down on the sugary carbs and replace them with steaks and burgers (no bun or carbs with them!) and this will help a lot.
 
i am active im not just sitting on my ass i was in football which we ran our asses off i didnt eat that bad no coke only water and gatorade ive been doing more then 3 days of cardio for about 8 months and i have seen no weight loss and i jus started taking a multivitamin i dont see whats going on shoudl i just start doing an hour of cardio everyday then lift or what someone help me i have 2 mos to get into the feel and tell me what i shuld be eating cause i eat fruits and meat and tons of water but still this year only lost prolly abotu 10lbs tops i need some help thanks
