Well after my rant there on monday ngiht tuesday was back on track full board. No gym time though as i was on literally 3h of sleep with exams and class all day tuesday. Good eating tuesday, back to my 'cutting diet low cal eating' and did 40mins of empty tank cardio after a great sleep last night. weight this am, 251. So yes, likley some waterwieght i put on there.
