Need opinions on my current diet please.

Stats 5'6 175lbs @ 10%
current arsanal : 40mg of anavar, 75mg t3, 80mcg clenbuterol a day.
now the diet: 233g of protien
175g of carbs
48g of fat
2184 calories in the day.
when bulking my cals were 3400 cals per day and i bulked nicely. My goal here is to lose as much bf, whilst maintaining as much LBM as possible.

diet in detail : 1st meal: 1.5 cups 2% milk
.5 cup oats
6 eggs
------------ 41g protien, 48g carbs, 15 fat, 570 cals
(i am actually gonna replace this to my post workout meal)

what do you guys think? to many cals? help me out here...
2nd meal: a blend of 2 shakes that combine for 38g protien, 27 carbs, 5g fat. 300 calories (this is pre workout meal)

3rd meal: the same as above (current post workout meal)

4th meal: chicken and veggies, whole wheat roll.

5th meal: a concoction of stuff that i down at night (i wake up often) 86g protien, 50g carbs, 17g fat, 700 cals.
 
Yes. meal one is too heavy. and only five meals? nahhhhh... go six. you can easily split up into another meal by ditching the roll dropping some of your yolks, upping some whites...

add some NNDCF (non nutrient dense cellulose fiber) in there man.. pooping is a long term thing... LOL, iceberg, romaine, spinach, cukes and cellery, all good for that tip...

Where exactly are your fats coming from?!? Also, its hard to help out with the 'concoction of stuff', hehe.
