There is no meat in your diet man eat chicken, turkey, steak, beef whatever. THEN when you don't have enough food/time or run out etc....SUPPLEMENT with your supplements. More food, less supplements and powders.
Diet needs A LOT of work bro. I'd put the supps in your cabinet and just eat the real deal,which is FOOD. It has been months since I've had a protein shake. I fill my Shaker cup up with peanuts and snack on them throughout the day. Approximately 120 or so peanuts has the same amount of protein as those shakes. Lots of info on this forum, EAT it up bro.
