I have some Supplements e.g. : True Mass, Syntha 6, Amino X, Cell Mass, N-O Explode, Aromavex, Cell Tech, Creatin, Whey Protein, Casein, Amino Acid, MultiVitamins, Omega 3, Vitamin C etc...

I need someone tell me how to make one stack for Gain Mass

I have 26 years and 75 kg ( 165 lbs )

Heres the thing bro all these are just supplements. They are to SUPPLEMENT your diet. If your diet is shit all the supplements in the world wont build mass..

I made this mistake for year thinking supplements will get me huge.. it wasnt until I stopped buying all these and started spending money on steak eggs oats and pasta did I start to put on mass..

Thank you very much for replay brother, can you tell me for diet and time for supplements.
 
Take True Mass as a meal replacement sometime during the day.. in-between solid meals.

Syntha 6is another protein supplement. Take pre or post workout, or in-between meals as a snack. Also can take this before bed because it has slower digesting proteins.

Take Amino Xpre, post, or intra workout. Or all three.

N.O. Explodeis a pre-workout. Take this 30-45 minutes before your workout for added energy, focus, and pumps.

Aromavex not really sure what this is suppose to be. Take as directed I guess

Take Cell Tech post workout. Could also use pre-workout if you would like.

Take your creatine pre or post workout, or both. 5-10 grams total.

Whey Protein can be used in-between meals for extra protein, but is really good for post workout.

Casein Protein is best taken right before bed

Take your Amino Acids any time. Before meals, during meals, pre/post workout. Whenever.

This diet needs a lot of work. The best thing you could do is read through the diet and bodybuilding threads to pick up tips to put together a solid diet.
