Need help with my diet please

Hey so I'm trying to set up a diet I've never counted calories before I just eat when I'm hungry and eat clean for the main part. My stats are age 23 height 5'8 weight 177 body fat around 10%

7am
1 whole egg
8 egg whites
Half cup of cottage cheese

9am
2 scoop Protien
Cup of almond milk
Banana

11-12pm
7-8ounce chicken breast
Half cup of rice
Half cup broccoli

3pm
Apple
2 rice cakes

5-6pm
7-8ounce chicken Breast
Half cup of rice
Half cup of broccoli

Post workout shake
2 cup Protien
Cup of almond milk
Banana

9-10pm
1 whole egg
8 egg whites
Half cup cottage cheese

The macros come to about 3000-3150, 370-390 Protien, 170-200 carbs and low fat. My goals are lean bulk
