Eat a lot of fiber and get some low-cal snacks. Sugar-free jello helps curb my sweet tooth. It may help curb your hunger just enought o take the edge off. Those low-carb, low-fat tortilla shells are awesome. Way high in fiber and can be used ina variety of meals, or as an addition to regular meals.
