need diet tips to control hunger

I always had my hunger under control .

That is why I never in my life dieted so hard like I am dieting now ..

1900 kcals a day + workout + aerobics is killing me .....


my maitenance is 2.500 , I weight 220 lbs.

I lose 800 working out + 500 aerobics = 1.300 kcals

I am eating 1.900 - 1.300 =

600 stupid kcals .

it is killing me , I want to eat everything that I see in sight even things that I hate .I can't even sleep because of the stupid hunger .

any tips to help me ?

nope I am not . BUT I am taking 300 g of protein a day + 10 g of L-glutamine + betagen ( HMB + creatine ) .

clenbuterol. Why not take a ECY stack to help you out plus ephedrine does wonders for curbing hunger. I have to force myslef to eat when i take ephedrine
 
I am taking ripped fuel , with mahuang , it kills my appetitte for some hours ...but I can't take the ripped fuel after 18:00 or else I won't sleep ...and the hunger starts to get bad at 19:00 and after

yerterday it was 2 am and I couldn't sleep because of the hunger

It's controlled to the extent that a prescription is required. It's not scheduled in the same category are recreational drugs.

I get mine from china at about $1/tab. Only use half a tab at a time.
 
increase intake of healthy fats particullarly olive and flax oil. Will leave you more satisfied and will give you extra needed energy.
 
How 'bout some more info on Pondimin? Back to original question - Seems like WAY too few calories to me. ECA may decrease hunger in some, but never did for me, at all. Eat a lot of fiber and get some low-cal snacks. Sugar-free jello helps curb my sweet tooth. It may help curb your hunger just enought o take the edge off. Those low-carb, low-fat tortilla shells are awesome. Way high in fiber and can be used ina variety of meals, or as an addition to regular meals.
 
What 'helps' (i put helps in quotes because it does help but it doesn't cure hunger) for me has been satietrol and fiber. Those two together seem to help. stimulants (ephedrine, synephrine, etc) didnt seem to work too well for me.

If you believe in acupressure, there is a point near the ear that supposedly controls hunger. Its the valley in between where your jaw meets your skull at the front of your earlobe. Rub up and down with 2 fingers in that valley in front of your earlobe. I have found it actually works, but relief only lasts about 5 minutes.
 
A couple of tblsp of Natty PB will help. I used that method a lot while getting ready for my contest. And at that low of calories it will certainly do way more good than harm. That is way too low to maintain LBM even w/an anti-catabolic IMO.
